Using a tennis ball in Pilates can significantly improve balance by introducing an element of instability that engages your core and stabilizing muscles more intensely.

As a result, you develop better coordination, stability, and overall balance, making your Pilates movements more effective more dynamic and enjoyable.

I just love using props in my my classes and my Ladies in my classes really enjoy it.
